Release Note

NOTE:
Uniconnect Enterprise 1.2.0 is released as an Alpha Version introducing major CRM platform enhancements, Workflow Engine improvements, Layout Designer capabilities, Active Directory integration, API-based CRM modules, advanced sharing configurations, and reporting enhancements.
This release is intended for early validation and testing purposes. Some features may still have limitations or require additional optimization.

03Workflow Formula Engine

Added Formula Node support in Workflow Builder with predefined string, math, and date functions. Supports field mapping, calculated values, SLA/date calculations, formatting, transformations, and automatic CRM field updates.
04Workflow Script Node (JavaScript Support)

Introduced advanced Script Node with JavaScript editor, syntax highlighting, variable suggestions, JSON schema generation, workflow variable access, and reusable outputs for automation scenarios.
05Workflow API Integration Actions

Workflow Builder now dynamically loads configured API Collections under an Integrations category, enabling reusable API calls to external systems directly from workflows.
06CRM Menu Ordering Improvements

CRM modules can now be reordered via configuration with drag-and-drop or move actions. Updated order persists across sessions and reflects immediately in the side menu.
07Advanced Layout Designer (Detail & Index Views)

Added comprehensive Layout Builder for CRM modules supporting Detail and Index page layouts with tables, tabs, accordion views, threads, history, logs, grid/list/kanban layouts, filters, and customizable sections.
08CRM Modules with External API Data

CRM modules can now operate using external APIs. Supports GET/POST/PUT/DELETE endpoint mapping, schema-based field generation, and configurable primary keys.
09Self-Relationship Support for CRM Modules

CRM modules now support parent-child relationships within the same module, including hierarchy views and relationship validation to prevent circular references.
10Global CRM Search Enhancements

Added configurable CRM Global Search with partial match support and improved result visibility across modules.
11Field-Level CRM Permissions

Introduced field-based permissions allowing administrators to configure View, Edit, and Hide access for individual fields across forms and views.

KNOWN ISSUES & LIMITATIONS

01When multiple campaigns run in parallel, agents may be assigned calls instantly after becoming available, which may impact expected call distribution behavior.
02Agent-rejected calls may remain in Dialing status when campaigns are created via CLI.
03After-call dispositions may not generate corresponding call segments, resulting in blank entries under Call Details.
04Declined power dial calls may incorrectly update lead status as Queue Dropped.
05Incorrect hotline numbers may appear in the Call module for certain call scenarios.
06Conference calls are currently not displayed as a single consolidated call record in the Call module.
07Search functionality may not work correctly in some areas of the Call module.
08Call start time may differ between the Call module and the View Path option.
09Incorrect transcripts may be generated when no actual conversation occurs during a call.
10Delays may occur while updating real-time call statuses.
11Filter functionality in the Call module may not behave correctly under certain conditions.
12WhatsApp campaign message delivery may intermittently fail due to limitations of test environments; expected to function correctly in production environments.
13Email body may appear as "undefined" when sending emails through Workflow using Mailgun integration.
14In Dropdown Dependency configuration, dependent dropdown values may not load if the values are not explicitly configured under the dependency setup.
