Productivity Modes
Uniconnect Edge offers interface modes tuned for different focus and multitasking needs.
Full Mode
Default workspace with full call context, controls, recent activity and (roadmap) integrated CRM glance.
Docked Mode
Slim vertical layout pinned on one screen edge:
- Always-on-call controls
- Quick transfer / dial access
- Presence state view
Minimized Mode
Compact bar for passive monitoring:
- Shows active call timer & status
- One-click expand to Full or Docked
- Visual indicators for mute / hold / new consult

Keyboard Efficiency (Planned)
Shortcuts will mirror those in Call Management doc; additional ones for mode toggle (e.g. Ctrl+Shift+D for Docked).
Multi-Account Context (Roadmap)
Future UI element will show current tenant/account with drop-down switching—ensuring correct caller identity and logging.
Tips
