What are Uniconnect AI Agents?

They are customizable AI assistants that can perform tasks, chat, or interact via voice. Agents are configured with roles, execution modes, and knowledge bases to fit your workflows.

Where do I manage AI agents?

In the Agent Management section of your Uniconnect dashboard.

What roles can I assign to agents?

Roles like Support, Sales, Workflow Automation, Operations, or any role aligned with your organizational needs.

What is Execution Mode?

Defines how the agent operates:

  • Task Agent → Executes single tasks (best for automation).
  • Chat Agent → Conversational guidance and queries (best for support).
  • Voice Agent → Voice-driven interaction (best for call centers or field teams).

How do I connect an agent to knowledge bases?

In the Knowledge Base tab, select sources (e.g., Attachments, Contacts, CRM) → Click Save.

Yes, you can select multiple sources to give agents broader context.

What’s an example of a Customer Support Agent?

Role: Support → Group: Customer Service → Knowledge Base: Attachments + CRM → Function: Answers customer queries with contextual data.

Can agents automate workflows?

Yes, a Task Agent linked to internal documents can handle repetitive tasks like report generation.

Can agents work with voice?

Can agents access all system data?

Why don’t I see any agents in the list?

The Agents List shows “No data” until you create agents.
