Module Configuration – Access Guide
Overview
The Module Configuration page allows administrators/users to enable or disable system modules. Each module represents a specific feature set within the platform (such as CRM, Campaigns, Messaging, etc.).
When a module is enabled:
- The related menu items appear in the system
- Users with appropriate role permissions can access the feature
- Associated configurations become available
When a module is disabled:
- The feature becomes hidden or inaccessible
- Related menu items will not appear
Navigation Path
To access this configuration:
Configuration → System → Modules
Steps
- Login to the system.
- Navigate to the left sidebar.
- Select Configuration.
- Under System, click Modules.
- The Module Configuration screen will open.
Who can access this?
Access to Module Configuration is restricted by Role Management.
Only users who have been granted the appropriate permissions under:
Configuration → Role Management
