Module Configuration – Access Guide

Overview

The Module Configuration page allows administrators/users to enable or disable system modules. Each module represents a specific feature set within the platform (such as CRM, Campaigns, Messaging, etc.).

When a module is enabled:

  • The related menu items appear in the system
  • Users with appropriate role permissions can access the feature
  • Associated configurations become available

When a module is disabled:

  • The feature becomes hidden or inaccessible
  • Related menu items will not appear

To access this configuration:

Configuration → System → Modules

Steps

  1. Login to the system.
  2. Navigate to the left sidebar.
  3. Select Configuration.
  4. Under System, click Modules.
  5. The Module Configuration screen will open.

Who can access this?

Access to Module Configuration is restricted by Role Management.

Only users who have been granted the appropriate permissions under:

Configuration → Role Management


Modules and Their Feature Access

Below is an explanation of what features become available when each module is enabled.

AI Assistant Module

Purpose

Provides AI-powered automation and assistance features.

Features Available When Enabled

  • AI chatbot assistant
  • Automated responses
  • AI-powered recommendations

Campaign Module

Purpose

Manages marketing or communication campaigns.

Features Available When Enabled

  • Create campaigns
  • Manage campaign lists
  • Schedule campaign messages
  • Campaign analytics
  • Bulk communication management

CRM Module

Purpose

Manages customer relationships and contact data.

Features Available When Enabled

  • Contact management
  • Customer profiles
  • Interaction history
  • Lead management
  • Customer communication tracking

Edge Module

Purpose

Manages Edge services and related telecommunication settings.

Features Available When Enabled

  • Edge service configuration
  • Communication routing
  • Edge integration settings

Email Module

Purpose

Configures and manages email services.

Features Available When Enabled

  • Email provider configuration
  • Email templates
  • Send Email options

Groups Module

Purpose

Allows administrators/users to manage user groups.

Features Available When Enabled

  • Create user groups
  • Assign users to groups
  • Manage group permissions
  • Organizational access control

Integrations Module

Purpose

Connects the system with external services.

Features Available When Enabled

  • Third-party integrations
  • API configuration
  • External system connectivity

Messaging Module

Purpose

Handles SMS or messaging communication services.

Features Available When Enabled

  • SMS provider configuration
  • Send SMS messages
  • Messaging templates
  • Bulk messaging

Status Management Module

Purpose

Controls system status types and workflow states.

Features Available When Enabled

  • Define status types
  • Manage call status
  • Configure status categories

Telephony Module

Purpose

Manages voice communication services.

Features Available When Enabled

  • Voice provider configuration
  • Call routing
  • Telephony integration
  • Call management

Users Module

Purpose

Manages system users and access control.

Features Available When Enabled

  • Create users
  • Manage user profiles
  • Assign roles
  • Manage login access

Workflow Management Module

Purpose

Allows administrators to create and manage automated workflows for system processes and task handling.

Features Available When Enabled

  • Create custom workflows
  • Define workflow triggers and conditions
  • Configure automated actions
  • Manage workflow steps and approvals
  • Monitor workflow execution

  • Modules only enable system functionality.
  • User role permissions still control who can access features.
  • Some modules require additional configuration before use.

Example

Enable Messaging Module

  1. Configure SMS provider
  2. Assign user permissions

Result: Users can send SMS messages.

  1. Confirm the organization requires the feature.
  2. Ensure required integrations/providers are configured.
