Prerequisites
Connectivity
It is recommended to deploy both 3CX and Uniconnect in an environment where the systems can communicate seamlessly without bandwidth constraints.
Connectivity between the two systems can be established over the internet. However, for optimal performance—especially in large-scale deployments—it is strongly recommended to configure both 3CX and Uniconnect so that they can communicate over a local area network (LAN) whenever possible.
Version Compatibility
Before proceeding with the integration of Uniconnect.AI and 3CX, ensure that the following minimum version requirements are met:
- 3CX: Version 20 or above (Enterprise Edition)
- Uniconnect.AI: Version 1.1.x or above
Before you Start
Before starting the configuration, ensure the following requirements are met:
- Both 3CX and Uniconnect are installed and configured according to their recommended guidelines.
- Confirm that network connectivity between the two systems is properly established and functioning.
- Verify the versions of each platform and ensure they meet the minimum version requirements for integration compatibility.
- It is strongly recommended to take full backups of both systems before proceeding with the configuration.
